EAU DE PLANETTE

The FUTURE FOOD TOOLS - WATER RITUALS workshop challenged students to envision the society of tomorrow by creating future food rituals and culinary tools. The final product, Eau de Planette, was a speculative tool designed to preserve Earth’s memory through the scent of Spirulina—a substance that is both edible and rich in nutrients.

Eau de Planette represents a bridge between the sensory and the functional, combining storytelling with sustainability to imagine a world where food rituals connect deeply with nature.

This project was developed by Fernanda Brugger, Ana Magali Cueva, Anna Sanga, and Isabel Marin, under the guidance of Tutor Stefano Citi, with photography by Claudia Castaldi.
